THE PROCESS

RSC Landscape is a full service landscape contractor. This means we are active in all stages of the design and construction process benefiting you with our 30 years of experience building dream landscapes.

 Pre-Design

We will engage early in your project to ensure that we have the opportunity to guide you with selecting the designer or landscape architect that is the right fit for you and your project.

 Design

During the design stage we will offer collaborations with great Designers and Landscape Architects colleagues or in house design to help balance your vision for your landscape with the reality of your budget.

 Pre-Construction

Once your project is designed we will manage the selection of any subcontractors that we may need to complete the project.  We also work with our extensive network of suppliers to ensure that the project will run smoothly. During this phase we will finalize the construction schedule.

Construction

During the construction phase we will manage all aspects of your project. We ensure the schedule is adhered to and that craftsmanship and quality control are maintained throughout. We will have regular meetings with you and your designer/architect to make be certain that your dream landscape is being created.

At RSC Landscape we take a very hands-on approach to our work. On your project we build all the masonry, stonework, wood working, metal working and other hardscape components. These elements may include retaining walls, patios, pathways, raised planting beds, rock gardens and fire pits.

Our team of artisan woodworkers will also construct all the wood structures for your project ensuring quality and consistency throughout. We specialize in decks, pergolas, arbors, fences, retaining walls and raised beds.

All the site preparation, demolition and debris removal are taken care of by our crews. We install the appropriate drainage and irrigation systems to ensure that your new landscape matures into the dream landscape you envisioned. Additionally all planting and lawn installation is handled by our experienced team. We also install artificial turf on projects when it is specified.

Post-Construction | The RSC Guarantee:

Once a project is completed, we make sure that our clients continue to be happy with their new landscape. We provide the peace of mind of a one year warranty in the unlikely event that any defects arise from the materials that we install or from our workmanship during the installation of those materials. We attend to any problems in a timely manner. We offer both continued seasonal reviews as well as seasonal maintenance of the gardens that we install. This is all part of providing the very best service to our clients.
